This has the makings of a great series about people in Hollywood. In this first book we have Aubrey and Zane. Zane and Aubrey were high school sweethearts. He left for Hollywood, promised to return for her, but he never did. You will ready why he didn't return as well as what happens to her in the meantime. I didn't like the first descriptions of Zane. I don't like the sex fiend type. He honestly made me sick with all of his women. I was so glad that Aubrey, once they met again, made him work for it. I think she forgave him to quickly. He should have had to grovel a bit more. We get an insight of the addictive behavior that is so common in Hollywood (not trying to be judgmental, just being honest). There are some very touching as well as tough moments in this book. Dual point of view. No cliffhanger.Product details

the story was not my favorite, did not keep me wanting to turn the page, sometimes this happens to me and i try to give the book a fair chance but i was bored and with over 1000 books in my TBR list i stopped pretty early in.
Love, Love, Love Mr. Hollywood!! Ms. Weatherford managed to make this story relatable even with the main character being a celebrity. He may be famous, but he's still a regular man who has problems, his life isn't perfect. Money doesn't buy happiness and love. I'd highly recommend reading Mr. Hollywood.
This was one of Lacey's best books so far. She knows how to keep your attention throughout the whole book. I could not put it down.
Really loved this book. I always love authors books. I liked how it was two POVs. Read book in one setting.

I don't even know where to begin.. I loved Mr. Hollywood! Everything about this book was amazing! I don't know how Lacey does it! I laughed and cried. I also held my breath in anticipation as I tried to read as fast as I could without missing any details! Hands down my new favorite book!
Zane was such a mess but that is because he was young when he came to Hollywood and he really had no guidance. Thank goodness he had good people around him now but he was an addict. He was using drugs and alcohol to forget the girl he left behind, Aubrey. I thought this would be another book dragging out the inevitable reconciliation between the two main characters. It was nicely paced but a lot was going on. Very good read and I liked both Zane and Aubrey.
Good storytelling but not my favorite plot or characters. I knew when I bought the book I might not like it. However, the author is a great storyteller and writer so I thought I would try it. Did she ring emotions out of me? Yes. Mostly annoyance.
The hero was not a hero. There's broken and needing help and there's stupid. He claims to love her and she is his best friend but after only a few months he gets drunk and sleeps with someone else? Then continues to do it with others without breaking up with her? Coward. Lying coward. He missed sex and got it. He was not mature enough to be the person he claimed to be.
The heroine was an idiot. She doesn't see him after ten years but through the media watched him sex everything he could. But he smiles at her and she drops her panties? Really? Do you have any self worth? He cheated, repeatedly, never broke up with you, then went and had every available woman he could, yet you forgive him and still love because all of a sudden he realizes he misses you? He wants sex. He is a drug and sex addict. I repeat, the heroine is an idiot.
Throughout the story we either read about or have his sex actions/partners shown to us. It was overly graphic and not something that added to the book. Two major flaws with this story the hero cheated and the reader views it. Ruins a romance story.
Will I buy from this author again? Yes. Do I recommend this book? No.
